Mountain Spirit
A mountain spirit takes a peaceful morning walk in the great outdoors. This student-created animation takes inspiration from the painterly style of Studio Ghibli and the traditional rice hats and hanfu clothing of China.

Automaton
Automaton was created for the 3D Capstone course during a single semester using agile development methodologies to simulate the game development process of a small studio. It is a Survival Horror game that follows the storyline of a girl that is looking for her missing brother in a mansion where an evil scientist resides with his rather unsuccessful experiments.

Cat and Rat Zodiac Narrative Enclosure
This enclosure retells the origin behind the Chinese Zodiac: a rat betrays a cat in order to deter the cat from finishing the race, with a focus on the specific moment where they choose to cross the river. Everyone can learn more about the Chinese Zodiac from this enclosure story!

After taking Principles of Animation, Hari learned how to rotoscope and reanimated her favorite music video for "Dynamite" by K-pop band BTS with her own vision and style.

Cosmic Cooking is a 2D sci-fi simulation game produced for AET Senior Design Project that follows the life of an intergalactic chef, Margo. Follow her on her journey as she learns out-of-this-world recipes, explores new dimensions, and becomes the greatest chef in the universe.

The Inaugural In The Arena Award
Students from the Department of Design, under the guidance of Assistant Professor Jiwon Park, designed and constructed the physical award for the LBJ School of Public Affairs’ new In The Arena award. The inaugural award was presented to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in November 2018.
