  • Live Event Engineering Class Presentations

    In Matt Smith's Fall 2019 Live Event Engineering class, students programmed light and projection shows to a song of their choice. Watch some of the presentations in this compilation video.

  • Cosmic Cooking

    Cosmic Cooking is a 2D sci-fi simulation game produced for AET Senior Design Project that follows the life of an intergalactic chef, Margo. Follow her on her journey as she learns out-of-this-world recipes, explores new dimensions, and becomes the greatest chef in the universe.

  • Concert and Event Lighting Class Projects

    AET students in Matt Smith's Concert and Event Lighting class visited High End Systems' demo room in Spring 2018 to display their end-of-semester projects. The added challenge? They had to draw songs out of a bowl and then create lighting effects in real time as the song played.

  • Ghost Hunter Hunter

    As the ghost, you can phase through walls, ceilings, and the floor to navigate your house while possessing objects to scare away ghost hunters. Successfully freaking out the ghost hunters will result in a successful night, while getting documented too much will result in your capture.

  • UT Tower 3D Projection Mapping

    A 3D projection-mapped, interactive model of The Tower at the University of Texas at Austin gets illuminated with '80s synthwave graphics and an interactive dance element made possible by an Xbox Kinect.

  • BTS “Dynamite” Fan-Animated Music Video

    After taking Principles of Animation, Hari learned how to rotoscope and reanimated her favorite music video for "Dynamite" by K-pop band BTS with her own vision and style.
