The Russian artist Lanina for the first time in Italy [Translated]

Yuliya Lanina, a multidisciplinary Muscovite artist who has been in political asylum in New York since an early age, arrives at Rabotaroom for the first time with the solo exhibition Tales We Tell, invited by the curator Oxana Maleeva. Her most recent works are on display: 30 paintings and collages on paper, animations and music figurines – these ironic and dreamlike creatures are a sort of mini musical sculpture that plays a melody composed for the occasion that is different for each piece.
