Q: What is your current title and place of work?
A: Senior Associate, Creative Strategy & Design @ KERV Interactive
Q: Can you share a little about your current role? What do you love about it? What’s the most challenging part of it?
A: In my role at KERV, I lead the development and design of interactive brand experiences. What I love most is the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of clients across industries like automotive, fashion, beauty, food and beverage, travel, and more. I’ve had the chance to work with some of my favorite brands, like Nike, Lego, and Coca-Cola. The most challenging aspect is keeping pace with the rapidly evolving digital landscape and constantly shifting consumer behaviors.
Q: What do you think helped you the most in securing your current position? A strong portfolio? Networking?...Passion?
A: Honestly, it was probably a combination of things—but I’d say my passion for design and my eagerness to learn were the biggest factors. During the interview process, I really made an effort to let my personality come through because culture fit and collaboration are just as important as skills. I wanted to show that I was not only talented, but also someone who would bring positive energy to the team.
Q: What is the most helpful or realistic career advice you’ve received from a mentor or peer that stuck with you?
A: The most helpful career advice I’ve received is to never stop learning. It sounds simple, but it’s been incredibly grounding throughout my career. The creative industry is constantly evolving—new tools, platforms, and consumer behaviors emerge all the time—so staying curious and adaptable is essential. Whether it’s learning a new design skill, exploring a different medium, or just staying open to feedback, growth only happens when you’re willing to keep learning. That mindset has helped me push past creative plateaus and stay excited about what’s next.
Q: Any next plans or projects we should be aware of or you’d like to share?
A: I’m actively seeking opportunities for both professional and personal growth. My goal is to become a leader in an industry where women are typically underrepresented. I want to champion initiatives that celebrate differences and amplify underrepresented voices.
