Mason Hayes is a designer, educator, and founder of ADHOC Creative House, a studio specializing in drone-based performance. He teaches drone show design at the University of Texas at Austin within the Arts and Entertainment Technologies program.

Hayes’s work focuses on the intersection of design, technology, and collective experience, developing drones as a new artistic and performance medium. He has designed and directed productions for major brands and artists across the globe, including work for the University of Texas athletics program. 

He is also a founding member and President of Nebula Foundation, a Texas non-profit dedicated to expanding access to entertainment technologies through education and public programming. Hayes is based in Austin, Texas.
