
Arts and Entertainment Technologies (AET) is a cross-disciplinary major that merges creativity and innovation with technologies revolutionizing the arts and entertainment industries. AET offers coursework in game design, themed entertainment, music and sound, motion graphics and video, immersive media, interactive storytelling, and other creative technology fields.

The undergraduate Design program empowers students with a rich, multi-faceted educational experience that poises graduates for careers in the design professions or an entrepreneurial endeavor. Students learn how to solve problems and create new processes, products and services for people. Freshman applicants must submit a response to the Creative Design Prompt along with their UT application.
