
Lecturer, M.A. in Design focused on Health
Lauren Gardner is a Senior Designer/Researcher designing simple and effective government services with Nava PBC. Previously, she worked at the Design Institute for Health at The University of Texas at Austin and in government and international development at Reboot and the World Bank. Some recent projects from her work include expanding access to Massachusetts' paid family and medical leave, improving the patient experience when leaving hospitals, and designing a service to help people clear low-level warrants in NYC. Lauren received an M.F.A. in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts.
